Our kits are refund guaranteed. If your unhappy with the kit you can return it within 7 days for a full refund the shipping will be deducted it's only fair. As long as the kit hasn't been opened and gone through and the bags are all as is when received that is the tape isn't removed from any of the bags. THe Swarovski beads are inside the kits as well as the faceted crystals. If you send back a kit that has been gone through and the seal on the bags has been broken and the seedbeads have been opened and the other items have been gone through there will be NO REFUND period.... If your going to return the kit you know immediately and going through the kit is mute at this point so if it's gone through remember NO REFUND. You must rewrap the entire kit to protect the plastic kit itself and use peanuts to keep the product safe and you MUST INSURE the box. It's only fair to send back what you have received and we are VERY STRICT on this policy NO EXCEPTIONS...
